The door card, rebuilt from scratch. In two versions.

OD-DF-001A

In fiberglass, with a carbon fibre insert

The handle band, laminated in exposed carbon

It comes from the same mould as the fiberglass panel: same speaker housing, same DEFENDER lettering. The difference sits in the handle band.

That band is laminated separately, in carbon fibre, and polished to a mirror finish before it's fitted to the piece. It's more shop work, which is why it costs more than the plain panel.

In fiberglass

The same panel, plain, without carbon

Grey door panel with an integrated Clarion speaker

The original Defender door card is flat and has no housings. Ours comes out of our own mould, with the speaker recess formed into the part rather than cut out afterwards.

The DEFENDER lettering is pressed into the mould itself, so it's part of the panel and not a badge stuck on top.
