OD-DF-001Door panels
With the speaker housing formed into the mould and the DEFENDER lettering pressed into the part. In plain fiberglass or with a carbon fibre insert.

The Defender Puma bonnet, laminated in fiberglass and ready for paint. Same contour and same mounting points as the original.

Wheel arch extensions and side skirts. Made per set and matched to whatever track width the vehicle runs.

Grille with aluminium mesh and an integrated badge housing. Drops into the front end with no shimming needed.

They follow the curve of the headliner and take a 6-inch speaker, the same size the door panels carry. They come with the cutout made and the clips fitted.

The workshop
Behind every part is Héctor Hernández
Options Design isn't a factory. It's an artisan workshop that has been creating and innovating vehicle accessories since 1986, working across brands with a focus on Land Rover.
A good part of that run was spent designing accessories for local dealerships: Lada Samara, Yugo, Toyota, Volkswagen, Mitsubishi, Terios, among others.
That's what lets us match the taste of every client and turn each body panel into something they're genuinely happy with.
The moulds are ours. The hands are the same, from the first part to the last.

Process
From mould to fitted part
Nobody buys a generic panel and sprays it. The mould gets built, the part gets laminated, corrected by hand, and only then does it go to paint.

Design
The exact shape is worked out from the vehicle or the original part, before any mould work starts.

Moulding
The mould is built by hand for each part. It's the asset that never leaves the workshop.

Lamination
Layers of fibre and resin over the mould. The raw part comes out of here.

Finishing
Sanding, correction and primer. The slowest stage, and the one that decides the look.

Assembly
Test-fitted on the vehicle. It sits where it should, with no shimming.
06
Export
Crating and dispatch. The customs agency handles the rest.
